Every year, young people from Kibera compete in football matches to qualify for the Chipukizi Cup in Tanzania. The A-GOAL League, a collaboration between the Japanese NGO A-GOAL and AGAPE Hope for Kibera, uses football to address social challenges, steering kids away from delinquency and promoting teamwork and discipline. The league also scouts talent for football academies and provides access to free secondary education, offering brighter futures for many.
